  Fantastic communication, great standard of work

  Mitch and his staff installed a brand new central heating system in my Mother’s property. From the first visit to work being carried out, the customer service provided was excellent. Communication was really clear and regular. The work carried out was first class. I would recommend Flow to anyone.

  Bathroom Renovation

  Flow Plumbing recently completed our bathroom renovation. Mitch and his team were fantastic from start to finish, arriving promptly each morning and ensured the house was spotless before leaving each day. There was clear communication throughout the process and the finished bathroom was to a high standard. We’re extremely happy with their work and would definitely recommend.

  Outstanding bathroom renovation, couldn't recommend highly enough

  Mitch at Flow Plumbing was exceptional from start to finish. Reliable, honest, really tidy and a highly skilled tradesperson with very high standards. He kept me in the loop throughout and foresaw anything that needed sorting, so the job ran without a single hiccup. His attention to detail is excellent and the bathroom now looks amazing. He coordinated everything seamlessly while letting me make all the decisions, so it truly feels like my bathroom. I really enjoyed working with Mitch and would recommend Flow Plumbing without hesitation.

  Excellent local plumbing firm

  We used flow plumbing for an upgrade to our central heating system, they were excellent from start to finish. Turned up on time, were courteous and very neat and tidy throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend them, Mitch gave us expert advice, and the work was done on time and on budget. Would definitely use them again.

  Prompt, polite and professional

  Mitchell was the contact from the start. He communicated and kept me updated with all the ordering of materials, how long they would take to arrive and when the job would be carried out. Lewis arrived promptly on time and was amazing. He was so respectful of the property and cleaned up brilliantly to what turned into quite a messy job. Both gents were polite and professional and I will definitely be using them again if I need to in the future and will be passing on their details to anyone looking for a plumber. Thankyou gents ⭐️

  The 3 Rs: Highly Responsive, Reputable and Reliable

  Go with the Flow... Been using Flow for a good couple of years now because they're efficient and Mitch is highly responsive. Price-wise for everyday plumbing needs and even full boiler installs they can be standard and sometimes competitive. Of course, what I'm not allowing for in my price comparisons is response time (nearly always immediate in terms of communication), availability (as good as it gets), helpfulness and communication (the best; Mitch explains the issue in full via Whatsapp, givesa full quote etc). The fact you don't have to chase Flow unlike most plumbers is worth a lot!
