  Swapped my Boiler for a new one

  Mark popped around and gave me a quote, he also advertises on an auction website and confirmed the price. He turned up on time and all I can say is that he is a gentleman who really values his work and took his time. Started at 8am and did'nt finish until 7pm. Very neat and tidy. Mark also put the Nest in for me and took the price off the thermostat that he was going to fit which reduced the price slightly. 100% would recommend, who follows up a service nowadays with a text message the following day to make sure everything is working fine.   Replaced boiler with new

  Mark was true to his word, turning up at 08.00. He was very professional and methodical in his work. Keeping on top of the tidyness and cleanliness as he went along. He came across unknown problems and found solutions to overcome these. Well and truely happy with his work.

  New boiler and gas pipes

  Mark has done a fabulous job replacing gas pipes and a boiler that was older than any of the occupants of the house. Working from early in the morning into the evening to get the job done and ensuring that we had facilities to use over night until he could come back to finish up the next day. All flooring moved to gain access to run pipes has been put back as it was originally. 100% would recommend using Mark in the future.

  New parts on boiler fitted

  Mark came yesterday to assess the problem, went away to get the parts and then came back first thing today to fit them. He kept me in the loop throughout the process and was more than happy to answer any questions. I would throughly recommend using Mark in the future for any boiler needs

  Fixing clock on heating system

  Great service; was very efficient, and was very pleasant to deal with. Mark was also very helpful when it came to discussing the issue I was facing and the right solutions to solve them, and quickly provided a simple all-in rate quotation

  Replace boiler and redirect flue

  I couldn’t fault Mark, he came in with the best quote, however there was nothing cheap about his workmanship, he is a perfectionist.
