Central heating boiler service

New Vaillant non vented heating system.
What an amazing company. They were so clean, tidy and experienced at doing their job. They kept us informed about everything and you could them a question at any time. No work carried out
Upon leaving a work meeting I had a couple of voicemails from Flow Solutions, who had turned up 1 hour 30 mins early for our appointment. We had agreed to meet at 2pm. I swiftly responded and apologised for missing the calls. I explained that I would still be home for our 2pm app and for the rest the day (providing some flexibility). Not only did Flow Solutions not turn up for our 2pm appointment, but they did not turn up at all or reply to any of my messages - despite me taking half a day of annual leave to be at home for said appointment.
