  Replacement sink fittings.

  Very simple job that I had been struggling with all day due to pipe sizes and fittings. Called me at 9.30pm in a Thursday and just talked me through it. Could have come and charged call outs or just not called. Incredibly generous with his time. Very much appreciated.

  Bath tap and waste replacement

  Charlie initially visited our property to assess what was causing the loud whistling noise coming from our taps. He carried out a full check and discovered that we also had a leak in the waste pipe, which we were completely unaware of. Charlie returned a few days later to replace the taps and waste. He completed the work top a high standard and did a through check before leaving to make sure everything was running correctly. He also left the area clean and tidy. On each visit, Charlie was punctual, extremely professional and very polite. A very positive experience.

  Charlie couldn’t have been more helpful throughout our interactions. Really knowledgeable and felt like someone you can trust to carry out his work to a high professional standard - which he did.
