I don't say this lightly - by far one of the most honest, dedicated and ethical people I have ever met. Over my 15 career history working over 30 blue chip companies around the World, never have I found someone so committed to delivering professional service. We anticipated the scope of this work only to take a few hours. However, through no fault of Nikoli, it ended up being 3 days across a few weeks. Nikoli not once compained, took breaks (dispute my offers) or got distracted. He agreed to only being paid on completion. He also offered great advisce and walked through what he did.
