  Very pleased to recommend F L Property Ltd.

  Initial visit was carried out promptly. The purpose was to obtain a quotation for moss removal and cleaning of the roof, together with checking all existing guttering for condition and leaks. The quote was received on the same day as the visit to carry out the assessment. I accepted the quotation and the work was carried out in a timely fashion on Wednesday 15th July. The work was carried out to my full satisfaction and completed within the day. All rubbish was removed and the roof and property left in a clean and tidy state. The men who carried out the work were polite and courteous.

  Great job on gutter repair

  Great work from F.L. Property Maintenance Ltd to repair and fix up a gutter that had broken away from the fascia and clean everything out too. Happy to know about these guys for other maintenance jobs that we have coming up too.

  Seriously professional roofers - highly recommend

  FL Property Maintenance completely reroofed my 1920’s house, releaded the chimney breasts and reinforced the roof structure. They managed all aspects of the job - scaffolding, skip, materials, disposal of rubbish. They also fixed a longstanding leak on my flat roof balcony which numerous other roofing contractors had failed to resolve. I can’t praise them enough for their professionalism and the quality of the roofers on their team. The job was done efficiently during difficult periods of heavy rain, with no leaks or inconvenience to me. I would highly recommend them, thanks guys.

  We had a leek in the roof at the site of the solar panel

  The quote was accepted, but unfortunately due to constant rain for several months, the job was finally done at the beginning of February. The leek was not resolved in the first instance. After conveying the result the roofer did come out again, after waiting a few days. A new lead channel was fitted and so far it appears to have worked. The work was carried out professionally , area left tidy.

  Asphalt Roofing Installation

  New garage roof

  F.L Property Services were due to complete a repair on my garage roof at the end of last year. Due to weather and fitting in the work it was delayed until a few weeks ago. In fact when they did come over to complete the works, the area in question was a lot worst and a full roof was recommended. The roofers were fantastic and would highly recommend. I will be expecting that level of works from any future projects! Great guys who just cracked on. It was a good price and would use again for other projects.
