    Frank of F L Property Maintenance Ltd was a great communicator, always replied to emails and phone calls, kept to time for appointments and carried out the work when stated and to timescale. The work was done in an efficient manner and the property left in a clean and tidy condition after works were completed. There was a small problem after the works were completed but Frank returned promptly to rectify.
