    Rubber Roofing Installation

    Dormer roof replacement

We recently hired F.L Property Maintenance Ltd to replace a dormer roof with EPDM rubber, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We will see in 30-40 if it really lasts that long, for it has proven to be watertight in the recent storm. From the initial quote, scaffolding, removal of the previous roof to the installation of the the rubber roof and eventual clean-up, Frank's team was very professional. The quoted price was competitive, conveniently including the cost of all required scaffolding. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable roofing services.

    Roofing Repairs

    Posted 02 September

A job well done on an old roof

Frank and his team came to do a complete roof overhaul on our very old house, including removing and installing new cast iron guttering. They carefully removed old roof tiles, replaced the existing felt and barons with breathable membrane and new batons, and then carefully put back the old roof tiles. The job was done in good time and to the agreed price. We are very pleased with our new old roof!
