  I had been following Fluent online and when the time came I was sure I wanted them. Their whole team has been extremely professional and diligent from the start. The designer was so helpful, heard our ideas and incorporated it beautifully. Everyone has been responsive, well informed and above all so patient. I had lots of question and they have always come back quickly. Above all the approval process has been so smooth. Our structural engineer and builder always complimented on how well done the plans were. Huge thank you to everyone who has helped us on the way. Highly recommended!

• Extension to 1930 cottage style house

  Few years ago Fluent helped us design our home. We did a two story back and side extension. Not only they worked very flexibly with us doing many versions of drawings they worked with the council planning team to get us the necessary planning permissions for the build. During the build as well they were very helpful to get alterations passed through. Even recently I called to get a small drawing, they were so obliging and turned around the plans for us within a day. They are the best professionals and a competent architectural design firm I have worked with and would highly recommend them.

  Ive had an amazing experience with these guys, they are very organised, professional and I’ve never had to chase them. They have a really good team, and advised us really well, when we submitted our plans to the council, the planning officer was being difficult, but Sonata and Ellen handled everything, and the communication from the council. Ellen was really fast and on top of everything, we eventually got full planning permission. Sarah has also been really helpful, she was the first person I spoke to at the company, always really friendly and helpful and the reason I decided to use Fluent
