New radiator
James always listens to what is needed and does each job efficiently.
Repair of burst radiator pipe
We’ve used James a few times over the years and he’s always been great. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Most recently James repaired a leak from a burst radiator pipe made by a carpet fitter. We had to call an emergency plumber round (James wasn’t working when it happened) who tried 5 times to fix the problem with no luck. James came round once and had it all sorted and back up and running within a couple of hours. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
Installing new combi-boiler
James (and Tom) fitted a new boiler for us, to replace our very old one. We'd wanted to get an air source heat pump, but were unable to, and James gave great advice on best products for us in terms of energy save/efficiency/smartness. The whole install took a couple of days, and James explained everything clearly along the way and remains available for any queries as we start using the smart heating into the latter part of the autumn. All told highly recommended.
New radiator, replacement plug and replacement tap fitted
James was great with all jobs that needed to be done. A slight hiccup with original booking which was soon rectified and all work carried out quickly and very cleanly! After care was also very good when I came to put the rad back on after decorating. James was thorough and informative and took the time to explain everything and told me a more efficient way to use my boiler. I would highly recommend.
To cut out the faulty plastic pipe and replace with a copper one
James came to my rescue quickly to fix a leak that had been detected by Thames Water in my house and according to them had been running for a long time .He found the the offending plastic pipe in an awkward place under the floor boards and very quickly and efficiently replaced it with a copper pipe . He took photos and a video to show me what was happening under my floor . I found him to be a lovely, genuine guy who did the work at a very reasonable price . Thoroughly recommend .
Sporadic problems with radiators not heating up.
Excellent job. James quickly identified the problem which was a faulty programmer. I’ve used James several times, for faults and for my regular boiler service. He is brilliant; hard-working, very knowledgeable, fairly priced and efficient. I wouldn’t use anybody else.
Fitting new radiators
James was very good
Came to check boiler and fix the hive.
Rang to repair hive that was completely wired wrongly by a different heating engineer . Fitted me in urgently, arrived punctually. Re wired hive and gave a review in previous work done . While he was there he managed to get one of the radiator working again. Put inhibitor though the heating system. Had just bought a new kitchen tap and he managed to fit that while he was there Tidy worker . Very knowledgable.?really pleases and will use again for any other heating and plumbing works already recommended to my friends.
Replacing a boiler
James arrived on time and done an amazing job fitting our new boiler. Once fitted he explained fully how it worked and recommended what settings to use. His workmanship in my opinion is second to none, I would highly recommend him and his company and would definitely use him again, especially to do all our services.
Replace shower mixer
