Gus was amazing. A previous plumber had told me I needed a new expansion vessel for my gas boiler and quoted me an outrageous price. Luckily I contacted Fluke Plumbing, Gus came and diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately and the whole job was done within an hour for a sensible price. I'm really impressed, Gus is honest, knows his stuff and likes a challenge. Highly recommended and am now getting him to service my boiler on an annual basis.

Gus was given very short notice after my boiler suddenly broke down. He was alerted on Friday afternoon and came to mine 11am Monday to assess the repair and parts required to fix. By Tuesday 11am I had a new pump and circuit board. My boiler is now purring and I was even more pleased when I realised how fair Gus time and the parts cost. Gus was friendly, informative, managed my expectations and very quick. I have his no. On speed dial should anything go wrong again. Knight in shining armour. Thanks Gus!

Gus is a great professional. We have been using his services ever since he installed our boiler. He is very flexible with timings and adjusts to our working hours. Gus is someone to be recommended.

Gus and his team have done several jobs for us. They first came and relocated a boiler, installing a new one, required running new pipes and relocating a sink too. They were absolutely excellent. Turned up on time, laid plastic sheeting immediately to protect floor, and just got cracking. The quality of work was outstanding and they left the place really tidy. We have since got them back to do several other jobs, and have more in store for them! They are reasonably priced, not the cheapest (in the past we have made the mistake of going for cheapest!), but they are absolutely worth the money.

Despite me speaking to Gus twice today to confirm the time he didn't show up and didn't let me know. I've wasted a half days leave and will have to find another plumber which is a shame as he's done work for me before.

I dealt with Gus who was very polite and courteous. He is very good at reminding me when I need servicing done for my boiler. This is very helpful just in case something serious happens with my boiler and I need to exercise my guarantee. He takes his time to explain why he is doing certain things and always offers tips on what to do if I encounter any problems. He is timely and always gets the job done quickly and to a high standard.
