This company originally wasn’t booked by me but was the drain surveyor that my house buyer sent.. As I didn’t know what to expect I was understandably anxious. I needn’t have been. Jordan and his staff put me completely at ease patiently explaining and showing me the issues that were found. I was so reassured by his knowledge and professionalism that I had no hesitation in asking him to remove old discarded cement set around the main pipe and perform a power flush. This work was carried out promptly and with complete transparency. A brilliant service. They are a credit to their industry

Jordan came to sort out my downstairs cloakroom toilet. He is very respectful, prompt and very professional. He assessed the problem very quickly. He told me how things were progressing as he was sorting out the problem. I would recommend him very highly. He is also a good communicator so you’re never left wondering when he might arrive 10/10 Brilliant

Called Jordan from flush and flow on Monday evening as sewage drain under house was backing up. Agreed that a visit on Tuesday morning would be needed. Jordan informed me he should be with me around 11.30 which worked for me. Arrived on time and after giving me a price to sort the problem, I agreed to go ahead. He soon had the problem sorted and informed me of the condition of the drainage system and what caused the blockage. Very tidy work and great care was taken to leave very clean. A very good service and I would recommend this company.

Great service. Here within 1-hr of my call, with a very knowledgable operative who carried out jetting and camera inspection to make sure the blockage was identified and rectified all within "the first hour" so price as expected. Would highly recommend, and would use again.

Came promptly and resolved the issue for us! Will need a long term solution installed at a later date but has saved us for now when all our waste water started to back up into all my kitchen appliances.
