Called me barely two minutes after putting job on site and was round mine fixing it half hour later. Very polite and patient listening to my approximation of what the problem might be, and was very efficient in assessing and fixing the problem. Thank you Oz.

Pros - very friendly and courteous. Couldn’t be more polite. Work was booked in with a quick turnaround. Radiators were lovely and exactly what I asked for. Cons - work took longer than originally advised (though not really the guys faults) A bit of an untidy finish on the walls where pipes were chased in Following further issues with the boiler, failed to respond to communication and did not attend when they said they would to complete
