CAREFUL NOT TO BELIEVE A WRITE OFF - KYLE TOTAL LOSS
My car was struck by a careless driver resulting in initially £700 worth of damage. FMG lied and CAT-B'd the car claiming significant structural damage which was Clear via video evidence was untrue... Kyle at the Total loss persisted to try and continue this lie until such point the car was finally returned to me and it was found under investigation the car had in fact not been written off at all. While with FMG the car sustained £1000+ worth or forklift damage to which Kyle again tried to lie about... ((All on video)).. The complaint now has been filed with the Ombudsman
