Fran and team completed the opening out of our kitchen diner, constructing a new roof with skylights, fitting a new kitchen island and completing all the plumbing and electrics plus render of front and back of the house. We were really pleased with the quality of the work, the helpful guidance and ideas on how to best approach certain parts of the build (not all builders we’ve experienced are this helpful), the ability also for Fran to think wider about the whole project I.e he also fixed other parts of the roof and installed chimney covers to avoid further damp issues. Highly recommend

Fran and the team were great. Fran's open and honest approach was refreshing to experience throughout the build. As mentioned in other reviews Fran's ability to problem solve when challenges (inevitably) occur was very assuring. Would recommend!

Fran and the people he works with are super lovely and friendly, they work really hard and get the job done. We changed our bathroom into a bedroom and made a smaller bathroom and he was the only contractor who understood what I meant and are very reasonably priced. We added a lot of extra jobs while they were here and they were happy to do them all, to a good spec. They came recommended and had done a lot of work in the roads around where we live. Thanks so much!

I was very pleased with the speed and quality of the work completed. Francisco was always available to answer my questions and willing to make small adjustments to the agreed work if requested. The price was competitive and I would certainly use this company again

Francisco, Dan and Gary carried out several pieces of work for me including taking down a wall, removing a massive stone fireplace and rebuilding a new fireplace, plastering all my ceilings and fireplace and doing lots of electrical works including fixing some problems created by another electrician (not part of FM Construction). In all areas I could not fault Francisco and his team. They have been so helpful, polite, tidy and hard-working and the quality of the finish in all areas is outstanding. I really can't recommend them highly enough and I'm really glad I found them through this site
