Was all going well until he came to do the final coat but instead of doing it just filled a few cracks with filler and called it a day. I made the mistake of paying him in full before job was complete

I am disappointed to read this review as it does not accurately reflect the agreed scope of work. The wall is affected by ongoing water ingress caused by failed external render, a problem that was identified and discussed. We agreed external repairs and quotations were provided for these works at great length with trades lined up to start but we were left hanging. Unfortunately, internal repairs cannot be expected to last while water continues to penetrate. All issues could have been resolved.

Amazing job from on the walls and ceilings from start to finish. The plastering was done to a very high standard, Ion and his team were friendly and worked really hard. Ion was also very helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.
