Focus Decor quoted for work 6th April, Quote accepted same day. After two reminders they said the work would be carried out Mid- May. Contacted Mid-May left a message -no response. Contacted again June said they had left a phone message and would let me know start date the next week. Contacted again in July, said they would let me know the next week, Contacted again in August said they had left a phone message and would let me know which day they would come the next week. I then phoned the next week and asked which day, they put the phone down.

The standard of work was excellent. They always turned up on time, and friendly. I will have them again for another bedroom 5* service

The comm’s were clear, they were very reliable and had a friendly manner.

They always arrived at the time they said and were very courteous and pleasant to work with. The job took the time as quoted at the start so we would recommend them.

Thank you for the work and I can see a great improvement.
