Excellent customer service
Excellent response and service. Central heating system broke down over the Christmas period, the worst time ever. Although he was not able to attend immediately, Simon texted over on how to do a temporary fix. Simon fixed all the problems and even came back again in the evening to ensure that we had heating. Probably the best gas engineer in Reading...
Focus Heat carried out a hot water cylinder conversion, gas security checks, and install new piping to my boiler. I was very pleased with their service. Simon was punctual, clean, and tidy, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The quality of the pipe work was excellent.
