Boiler service and replacement
Mark initially came to investigate a boiler leak, and unfortunately discovered that the boiler needed to be replaced. He was very helpful in explaining all our options and helping us make the right choice, and the speed with which he managed to fit us into his schedule and complete the job was fantastic. Broken toilet flusher
Mark did a great job replacing the flusher and inlet valve on my toilet. He responded really quickly to my enquiry and was able to come out the next day. Multi split Air Conditioning unit installation
Excellent service from Mark from quotation through to completion. Clear pricing, excellent communication and genuinely helpful advice throughout. I’d done a lot of research beforehand, and everything he recommended aligned with best practice; he also provided plenty of useful information without us having to ask. The installation was challenging due to exceptional demand, supplier shortages and our original outdoor unit arriving damaged. Despite this, Mark kept us updated, sourced a replacement and went the extra mile to complete the job. The workmanship is excellent.
