Tom Jarvis not to be trusted
Tom was commissioned to build a kitchen extension and separate garage, all went well until December 2025 when he announced he was not making any money and walked off site, with jobs outstanding on the kitchen extension and numerous jobs on the garage. He quoted the job and I paid what was asked when it was requested as stage payments. Now I’m left trying to finish the job as he has taken the cash and left my home unfinished. Brick wall between house and shed
Tom and his colleague did a fantastic job building this wall for me.They had to take all the old panelling down first which they did very efficiently.They took everything away and tidied up after themselves.They were very friendly and courteous throughout. I would definitely recommend footprint brickwork to anyone who needs building work doing. I couldn't be happier with the workmanship. Large house extension and outbuilding
Tom our builder was professional from the outset. He worked alongside ourselves, the archetect and a team of tradesmen to create an amazing family extension and outbuilding. He was dynamic and flexible and always put the us first. His work was all done in conjunction with building regulations and project managed the whole job. We would recommend Tom to anyone seeking a professional, honest builder with great building skills and an ability to pull a whole team together for all building work at a fair price. Kitchen / Diner wall knock through
Amazing work from Tom, I couldn’t recommend him enough, always on time and tidied up after himself which is hard to find these days! Utility and office conversation
