    Ceiling Painting

    Fantastic experience with Carl. Was able to fit me in at short notice to paint my kitchen ceiling. Communication brilliant throughout and a real quality job. Will definitely be using Carl for future paint jobs.

    Full decoration of apartment

    Carl is a hard worker, excellent communication and very reasonable pricing. He did a great gov at fully decorating an apartment top to bottom. Supplied all prep and paint materials giving a stress free experience. Thanks Carl will definitely use you again.

    Painted my spare bedroom & living room

    Carl was brilliant . He was on time, reliable, friendly and did a fantastic job. I even marked one of the walls a week after he painted it and he retouched it all and made it look perfect again for me. I was so grateful.

    Painting and wallpapering living room and painting hall, stairs and landing

    Carl did a fantastic job for us - his work was perfect and he kept us informed of his plan at every step of the way. Not only was his work great he is a pleasure to have working in our house. Forbes Decor has generally been a local business, specialising in pudsey and surrounding areas, although i have worked nationwide on various projects.

I have been a decorator by trade for the last 22 years.


I went into self employment pretty much from the start and have had a reasonably successful career in that time. I started mainly on domestic projects locally and expanded from there.


I have also worked with various other decorating firms on a sub-contract basis. This has involved projects with Tesco, Barclays, one-stop convenience stores, Texaco, Councils, police stations, prisons, student accommodation and local authority housing.
