    We employed Sean & team to prune our weeping silver birch. It hadn’t had professional pruning for a number of years & the canopy had a rogue branch which looked out of place. The tree was also overhanging our neighbours garden. The team dealt with tidying the tree as required providing guidance & expertise. As a terraced house it was necessary to carry tools & prunings through the house. The team took care to protect the floors indoors & cleared clippings efficiently & speedily. A lovely team.

    Forbes Tree Care Ltd. advised on the state of two trees in our garden. One was diseased and needed to be removed. They applied for the necessary permission and carried out the job very carefully and efficiently. The second tree was nicely pruned on the same visit. They cleared up completely and took away the remains of the trees. A good company to do business with. I would recommend them.

We can carry out any tree related service you require, including tree felling, tree pruning, tree reports and tree planting. We can provide impartial advice on what’s best for you and your tree.


Based in Couch End, North London, Forbes Tree Care was founded in 2010 by Sean Galton. A passion for conservation was the motivation to form a company that could maintain and care for trees in the urban environment. We put the environment at the forefront of our work, reducing emissions and reusing tree products wherever possible. We appreciate the importance of safety and trees in the city. All trees need to be managed properly and with our help we can ensure this is carried out sustainably and safely.
