Lee responded promptly to my message, diagnosed what the problem was, provided me with a range of solutions and solved my boiler issue at a time that worked for me. Lee arrived as arranged and fitted a new boiler and finished within the time he predicted leaving everything tidy. I highly recommend Ford Plumbing & Heating.

Lee was super responsive in his communication, friendly and professional. He conducted a standard boiler service for us and was very efficient. He also went above and beyond for us, managing to quickly diagnose an issue with had with our boiler and making all arrangements for repair under our warranty with Ideal. Would recommend.

I have only just started using Lee due to previous plumber becoming unreliable. Lee is professional, responsive, polite, and very reliable. Can not recommend highly enough to date. Also totally trust worthy, no issue giving him keys etc.
