  Outstanding

  Michail’s work is outstanding. He is polite, courteous, and takes real pride in doing the job the right way. It will not be rushed but that’s exactly what you want when you’re looking for quality and attention to detail. Every part of the job was done properly, with care and precision. I’ve seen some of the negative reviews here, but they simply don’t reflect my experience at all. There are always two sides to a story, and I can honestly say that working with Michail has been excellent from start to finish. If you want someone who values craftsmanship over cutting corners, use Michail.

  Work started but not completed. Last time work was carried out was May 2024 despite promises. Project price: £2,600. Paid £1,950. Estimated value of work carried out £500.00

  Fitting and tiling new shower enclosure

  Michail was very good at telling us what they would do and keeping us informed of progress. They are very tidy workers and the tiling is lovely. It wasn't an easy job because the cubicle turned out to be the wrong size, so there were delays while we waited for replacement, etc. They did a great job of fitting the second cubicle and came back again to help us with airlocks in the shower pump. I am delighted with the result and can highly recommend Michail and Elias.
