Got the heating back on.
Mark came out in his day off as the heating wouldn’t work, last minute. Simple job but he came out and got it working. He showed me how to fix it myself next time so definitely trustworthy. Helped me with a radiator too. Will be using Mark for the boiler service in the new year.
Burst pipe
During the big freeze in December a joint in a water pipe in my garage was broken apart by ice and water was leaking all over the garage floor. Marc came out in the evening and repaired the broken joint. He arrived when he said he would, was friendly, courteous and dealt with the repair efficiently. His charge was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.
Instillation of New Boiler/Radiator System
Excellent work. Great communication throughout the project and was happy to make some changes to the plan when I changed my mind about a couple of things. Kept the place impressively tidy considering the amount of work being done. Overall very happy with how the whole project went.

Marc and his team completed the work to a high standard. I’m really pleased with the communication throughout the job, the attention to detail with our requirements and the improved performance of our system. We will definitely be using Marc again when we want to install our underfloor heating for the next phase of the renovation.
Leak from the shower through to the kitchen
Plumber was the only one who could come out on a Saturday to stop a leak which was going through our kitchen ceiling through the light. Really helpful and reassuring. Knowledgeable about his trade and was able to come back and complete the work promptly and at a very good price. Definitely my go to plumber.
