Reconfiguration and refurbishment of ground floor inc new kitchen, patio and driveway.
Richard and his team of trades were outstanding throughout. He has high standards and applies them to any challenge during the project. We have an old house and we unearthed various problems including damp. Richard found solutions for all of these issues. Despite us adding additional work he finished within his original time scale. Single storey extension
Richard is a perfectionist and his work, and that of his team, reflects this. They are all very skilled, professional and hardworking. They are also extremely likeable and a pleasure to have around the house. Richard co-ordinated all the trades, always ensuring that whoever needed to be on site was there. We were kept fully informed and any changes that had to be made were discussed and agreed in advance, nothing was hidden.
