Electrician phoned me on the day to confirm my appointment and that l would be home also said he maybe slightly late and if that was convenient for me . Came to flat to carryout Safety check , he was a very pleasant man and got on with the work as planned. He was polite and explained what he was doing . When he finished he tidied up did the paperwork and told me what would be happening next with regards paying for his work and issuing the Safety Certificate. I was pleased with how things went , his work , manners and would recommend this company .

Previous original electrician unable to fix the problem and essentially gave up. Forest Electrical came and after a short period of time identified the problem. They identified a plan and provided a quote. Lights all working and rain not causing a problem.

Shower isolation swich died as we were about to go away Got in touch with Forest Electricals and got a very fast reply they then arranged to do the job the day we retuned from are holiday. And true to there word they turned up and the job was done the two lads that turned up did the job fast and efficiently well done chaps would use again recommend them very fair price Thank You Guys

Oli was reliable, punctual and really positive throughout the whole process. We are novices when it comes to getting jobs done to do with electrics so this was a shot in the dark but I'm glad to say it went amazingly well! The job was a simple one for someone like Oli to complete but there was no sneering or judgement; he just helpfully sorted out our issue. Found our future electrician!
