They were a design and build company. They did a full refurb of our house with a new back extension and loft.
Right from the very first meeting everything was done very professionally with the 3 chaps who run the company. We knew clearly from the outset what the costs would be for our full refurb including new back extensions and loft. We were kept up to date with weekly meetings and progress. For each part of the job they brought in excellent guys to do the work. The carpentry and plastering was of exceptional standard. The main builders on the site (Venn and George) who were there day were superb. They were so focussed on the job and getting it done to the standard we wanted.

Office refurbishment with an external breakout area
Forma from start to finish were fantastic. Everything that was asked they done and kept me well informed throughout the whole process. Job was done and kept within the timescale quoted. Even throughout the recent difficult times of Covid-19 they completed works with social distancing taking place etc. Would definitely recommend company to others to use and use again myself if needed. Am absolutely thrilled with the new office refurbishment.

Slab removal and reinstatement
Forma provided an excellent team and completed the work tasks with ease maintaining the overall works programme. The project site location was difficult to access and working conditions were challenging. The team completed the work in line with the agreed shcedule and cost plan and there were no defects. I would not hesitate to use them for similar works in the future.
