  • Cooker element

    Phoned Forresters and explained the problem I had with the cooker the person who took my call explained they were extremely busy at the moment and it may take a week to get an engineer out. But he was extremely helpful and said he would try and get someone out the following morning which I got the text at 9 am to say their engineer Ross was on his way. He replaced the heating element within half an hour Can’t thank the staff at Forresters enough for their helpfulness and efficiency

    Oven hob had stopped working. Did have to wait a week for them to come out, but what can you do? They were still the quickest to respond and if they're busy, they're busy. Gave me a window and Jason arrived right in the middle of it. Identified the problem really quickly, fixed, gave me some advice and was on his way. Price was a couple of quid above what I was quoted for callout, extremely reasonable.

    Excellent service from start to finish. I got a text to say he was on his way which was helpful. Solved the problem with my washing machine and tidied up afterwards. I couldn't have been happier! Wholeheartedly recommended!

    Amazing service from first choosing washer with really helpful young lady to the astonishment that delivery would be next morning . When engineer arrived the removal of old machine was quickly done and new one installed, the engineer not only did the installation but gave me a welcome tutorial on how to use the machine this made the instructions easier to follow. Forresters were recommended to me by both a friend and neighbour they spoke highly of the service I in turn will pass on my recommendation.

    Excellent service. Received a text 15 minutes before engineer arrived. Engineer knew straight away on the problem and provided advice on repairs. Good prices to - not too expensive. Would definitely recommend this company
