Having started a contract following erroneous advice and with an inadequately skilled workforce we were compelled to terminate the arrangement leaving us with no contractor and no guttering. Following advice from supplier we linked up with Forth Valley Roofing. Despite having a busy workload they stepped in to assist recognising our existing difficulties. From start to finish they provided good communication and an excellent skilled workforce who started early and finished late to complete the work as quickly as possible using good materials. Discovered I had a problem with a vent on my roof, which was causing a moisture build up in my loft, so called Forth Valley Roofing based on previous reviews. Spoke to Andrew who came out the same day to give me a quote. He arrived on time and after examining my roof he offered to fix the problem there and then. Job done! From survey to completion, everything was done to a very high standard and nothing was too much trouble. It was identified during the works as well that the chimney was unstable and needed rebuilding. All verified with a full set of pictures and videos. Repairs to the chimney all arranged by Andrew and carried out quickly at a decent agreed price. I should also mention that the roof was fitted with solar panels and trying to find a contractor to take on the roof replacement with those fitted was difficult. I felt I had to pay this forward we had a leak in our roof letting water into our bedroom ceiling, I called forth valley roofing to explain, they came the next day and couldn’t be anymore helpful and explained to Andrew over the phone my wife was just out of hospital and needed the room to rest , Andrew came out and fixed the problem and couldn’t of be any nicer to my wife and he left with no payment he said it was fine , trust me when I say this there is still good people out there, thank you Andrew and thank you Forth Valley Roofing. We had a dry ridge system installed. Andrew and his team were professional, knowledgeable, dependable, tidy and polite. They also noted a few other issues unrelated to the dry ridge system and fixed these without additional charge.
