  Listed building works

Fortify Construction Ltd recently completed extensive building work on our listed building in Hastings, including fully repointing the house in traditional lime mortar, rebuilding the chimney and making the boundary wall safe and secure. Their workmanship was excellent, with great attention to detail and a clear understanding of the care required when working on a historic property. Chris and his team liaised with us throughout the listed building consent process, making everything seamless and straightforward from start to finish. Professional builders that I would highly recommend.

  Building works

We instructed Fortify Construction for our building project that involved building a new boundary wall using the reclaimed bricks we had, undertaking structural works to a lintel above our door, and repointing with lime mortar to the front wall. The team demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the process. Their professionalism was evident, as they communicated effectively and completed the work on schedule. The quality of their work speaks for itself and was exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend Fortify Construction for any building needs.

  Listed building renovation

I feel very lucky to have found such a great company. Polite, professional and exceptionally knowledgable. The listed building application is a bit of a mine field but Chris guided us through from start to finish making it a seamless process. The structural and stonework they completed to restore our 15th century home is outstanding. We will definitely be using Fortify as our go to builders. I highly recommend and will be telling our friends.

  Chimney rebuild and repointing

We obtained quotes from multiple builders to re-point the lower parts and rebuild the chimney stack on our Victorian house. We chose Fortify Construction as when I met Chris for a site visit, he knew his trade and offered us multiple options on how to proceed. We were provided with a comprehensive quotation and the project was completed without any additional costs. Chris and his team were always considerate, polite and tidy, clearing up after each day‘s work. We are so happy with the results and our chimney now looks amazing. I highly recommend Fortify Construction.

  Internal renovation structural works

I recently hired Fortify Construction for our internal renovation project, and I couldn't be happier with their work! They expertly installed a new steel beam and brick piers to make our kitchen open plan, transforming it into a bright and spacious area. Additionally, they extended our patio with beautiful paving that blends seamlessly. The team was very professional and attentive to detail throughout the project. They kept our home tidy and ensured we were informed every step of the way. If you're looking for top-quality builders, I highly recommend Fortify Construction.
