Job location: NE16I called Andy after another company turned up to my mams house. Andy came straight away. Andy fixed and secured my mams front door in no time and refused payment. Excellent service, and advice. We will certainly be contacting Andy in future10 Back door handle not lifting wouldn’t seal could not lock

Andy did a great job in drilling out the lock barrel and replacing with a more secure new lock barrels, as I decide to upgrade the other lock. He is highly experienced/knowledgably, prompt and extremely efficient. I found him courteous and professional. Hi, I'm Andy and I'm the owner of 'Fortify Locksmiths'.
I run an independent, local locksmith and uPVC repair business providing an emergency call out service and general domestic and commercial work covering most of the North East.
I am nationally accredited (NCFE level 4) and have recent DBS clearance with over 25 years in the security industry, so you know your home or business is in trusted hands.
Importantly, I'm the locksmith you'll speak to on the phone and the locksmith that visits you.
I'm also a mobile locksmith, which means that I carry a range of lock cylinders and multi-point locks for most uPVC door types and cylinders and mortice locks for wooden doors too. Giving you the comfort of being able to secure your property without having to put parts on order. (However if I do have to order any parts, I don't charge for a follow up visit).

I don't charge a call out fee and all work comes with a 12 month guarantee on the parts fitted.
