About hour and half and the door was operational again. 10 out of 10

Emergency help. Up and over garage door stuck open on a Winter Saturday afternoon. Reply within the hour and fixed between 18:00 and 17:00. Mark was very personable and reassuring. Did the necessary and without asking serviced the other door; which now works more smoothly than it did before..
