Roy, Dave and Ollie were professional, prompt courteous and friendly throughout. After another company said our new boiler couldn’t be fitted into the existing cupboard, they installed and serviced it perfectly. Last week our hot water cylinder leaked badly. They came immediately to drain it and prevent damage, then rearranged their schedule to fit a replacement before the bank holiday weekend. When the supplier let them down on installation day, Roy personally made a 3-hour round trip to collect the tank himself so we weren’t left without hot water. Outstanding service and highly recommended.

Have never thought to go elsewhere as did a great job the first time i used them and has done ever since, sometimes at very short notice. They just get the job done, would highly recommend.

When our old boiler suddenly stopped working, in a really cold spell, we needed someone urgently. Two friends recommended Fortress, Roy Jones, and we are so grateful. A new boiler was fitted and set up within two days of checking the old boiler. A great job done.

We chose Fortress to upgrade our central heating system which included replacing our old boiler with a new Vaillant boiler with Sensocomfort controls, and TRVs fitted in place of the old radiator valves. Roy and Ollie arrived early each day, worked quickly and efficiently, were polite and tidy and got the job done to our satisfaction within 2 days, including needing to run in a new gas pipe due to the existing one being undersized. We’re very pleased with the new system and will look to use the Fortress team for future jobs.

Having decided to replace my 45 year old gas boiler I did a lot of research on what I wanted and who I wanted to install it. Fortress weren’t the cheapest quote I had but weren’t that far off, and certainly ticked all the other boxes. i.e. communication, knowledge, guidance and advice.
