Louis and his team have done a great job with my downstairs bathroom and hall extension. Nothing was too much trouble and Louis communicated well with me throughout, dealing with the occasional problem that can crop up in a house of this age in a knowledgeable and imaginative way. The end result is a credit to the professional and conscientious team that Louis heads up. I would have no hesitation recommending Forty42 Developments and indeed I would be more than happy to use them again if the need should arise.

We used Forty42 for an extensive and high specification renovation with structural changes. Louis oversaw the entire project and delivered an exceptional outcome, working to a tight timetable and agreed budget. This was our first renovation and we felt in safe hands with Forty42 who calmly steered us through the process. Very impressed by the team’s high quality workmanship, attention to detail and hard work. Communication skills and a positive and creative approach to problem solving were also huge positives. Louis and his team are professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with.

Seemed good at the start. They blew my trip switches in the house twice and denied having anything to do with it - strange that the hole through the wall they had just drilled was through a power cable. This happened a few times and I was asked to prove it was them. It was on both occasions. The front cavity wall they built had no insulation in the wall cavity like you normally see now days, I was told it was normal. The room is as cold as the conservatory which is all glass. I found a gap in the wall and it was pouring in cold air. I emailed Louis and received a pointless reply. Not Happy

Window installed in an exterior wall by Forty42 developments. Great service and work, really happy with the final product. All of the guys were very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend for any future building work.

The work was carried professionally; the builder was very efficient and tidy , completing the work in good time. The company gave good customer service.
