Fossilfuels installed a new complete oil heating system. Great quality parts and products . Communication was continuous from start to finish. Installation was stress and hassle free. The team were polite always on time quality of the work was of a very high standard and bonus was they cleaned up after themselves . Speedy response to job posted on here. Flexible with my dates in arranging service. Good communication, didn’t need to chase anything. Callum serviced boiler, made me aware of some advisories & I agreed to get sorted. Parts ordered & back within 2 days to complete work, on time, efficient, no hassle. Callum who undertook the service was friendly, knew his stuff, informative & efficient throughout. Good first experience & have told them I will get them back to service boiler in my new property next year.

Had a few jobs done by Fossil - last two: 1. Boiler was packing in and pressure was all over the place in the middle of winter. They managed to squeeze me in somehow and replaced a the parts causing the issue, no problems since and avoided me having to replace and cheap boiler for the time being! 2. Tap had been leaking for a while and got loads worse over a few days. They had someone to me within a couple of working days, offered options of what can be done with no pressure and had the tap replaced the same morning and all very reasonable cost-wise.

Fossil did a great job. I asked if they could fit an outside tap at their convenience (as it wasn’t an emergency). Danny came, did a great job, very tidy work, made sure we didn’t need water before he switched it off. Job was done swiftly, professionally and in a very friendly way. I can’t recommend Fossil enough. Great business and great people.
