Reapaired issue with heating system
Jack attended with 48 hours to identify an issue with the central heating system. Identied the problem and returned the following day to replace part that was causing the issue. The issue was resolved but there were a couple of rads not heating up came back the next day and resolved that satisfactorily.

My loft water tank ballcock
I had a visit around the end of August, which identified I probably needed a new ballcock to solve my overflow issue. Despite leaving several messages since on 07508 869289, I have not been contacted to arrange a further visit to carry out the work.
