The first day they turned up it was 28 degrees so they didn’t work for long - understandably- the next week they worked a bit more and managed to do 3 more fence panels but couldn’t manage to dig out the last trench because of tree roots. My 69 yr old husband dug the trench and the roots out and dug out the hole for the fence post. I was under the impression it was their job , obv mistaken . Naively I paid before the last fence panel went in and am now getting the back of the hand . I paid because they said they were coming back at the end of the week - weeks later and still no sign of them.

Having spoken to a fence panel manufacturer I was subsequently contacted by Foxall Fencing. I explained the job, together with number and dimensions of existing panels. I was given a fixed price and the company explained that they could fit the job in the following morning. They arrived on time, did the job and left everything neat and tidy.
