  Bathroom repair due to leaking toilet

  Due to a slow leaking toilet, which I needed stopped I also required the area of floor affected by the leak ripped up, replaced & new flooring laid. Mark & Jason carried out this work very efficiently. They were on time, polite & very tidy workers … & their cleaning up at the end of the job was excellent. Fox Maintenance responded quickly to my initial email request for help & the job was completed (at my request) in 2 days.

  Loft Conversion and other Works

  Fox Maintenance did some major works at our home, these being a loft conversion and remodelling some of the ground floor, inc new stairs and a bigger bathroom. The works were completed on time, and within budget. The design advice at the beginning and thru out the project was welcomed (the pocket door in the downstairs bathroom was the best advice ever !!!!) The workers were all polite and left the site as clean as it could be each day. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any job small medium or large

  Brick / Concrete Structural Repairs

  Complete kitchen refurbish and installation of under stairs cloakroom

  Fox Maintenance undertook all aspects of our kitchen and cloakroom build, from plans through to painting. They were easy to communicate with and always available to discuss the project. The team were here promptly every morning and tidied up every evening, they were very respectful of us living here. Work was completed to a high standard and I will use again for any further projects.

  Fireplace and wall removal

  We had a fireplace and wall removed, Richards team carefully demolished the fireplace and wall to find out what was needed. They worked with our structural engineer and our local council to reduce the amount of steel needed. They also reduced the cost after being able to do so. Very happy with the work done wished we'd hired him to do the decorating too.

  Insert high-level window into flank wall of dining room, and add awindow above front door.

  We were really impressed with the care and attention given by Richard & the team. Every area was fully protected before commencement of work. Tidy-up was done every day. The care taken and the quality of the work is of the best quality and the finished result is as if the window(s) had always been there (you cannot see the join). :-) I have no hesitation in recommending Fox Maintenance because all of Richard's people are first rate.

  Kitchen/dining room complete refurbishment.

  I had complete trust in Richard and his team to project manage and complete all work necessary which wasn't misplaced. Nothing was too much trouble. A wall was knocked down, between the kitchen and dining room, 2 doorways bricked up, new boiler, electrics, replastered throughout. Everything to a high standard. Would definitely use Richard again and recommend very highly.
