I couldn't fault the project at all. Jake worked efficiently and got everything done at lightning speed. He left the site immaculate each day, with swept floors and minimal dust, which was impressive considering the mess from knocking down a wall. His quality of work is great too, attention to detail was fantastic. He also supplied the skips, plasterer and structural engineer, ensuring everything met the standards, which eased our minds. Jake is very approachable, and no question is too small. I’d definitely recommend him and use his services again. Grateful for him bringing our vision to life

removed some of the ceiling to get to the shower trap and replaced tested the new trap it had been over tightened and leaked resealed trap, tried to reseal shower tray but one wall had crumbled so advised us to replace with plastic shower panels which cost an extra £250 fitted panels next day and advised us not to use shower until seal had cured Next day came and plastered the ceiling (made a great job of it) we waited 2 days to have a shower and the first time I used it within 5 minutes we had water dripping through the ceiling FPA contacted agreed 3 times to come back no show poor excuses

Jake was helpful and informative. He explained how he would do the job. He was careful to protect my furnishings while he worked. He was very particular about getting the best results. I am very pleased with the result. You’d never know there had ever been a fireplace on that wall as the plastering is so good.

Jake had a very good understanding of the issues and proceeded to work the problem like a true professional, the work was carried out with skill and the finished job both shower enclosure and ceiling looks better than original They tidied up each night and took away all the rubbish. FPA will certainly be on my speed dial for future work I don't even even think I will go through checkatrade. Straight to Jake 10/10

Jake came to view the job, explained clearly what he would do. Turned up at the time arranged. Took all rubbish away with him. Was pleasant and polite. Respected my property. Was very particular about the standard of his work.

Jake and team have done an excellent job on plastering over 3 artex bedroom ceilings and fitting 5 new internal doors. The finish is to a high standard. Cleared up after themselves leaving no mess for us to deal with. Have already organised for Jake to return and fit new windows for us. Jake is easy to communicate with and was happy to add on and quote additional work once we had already discussed initial plan. Would highly recommend
