  Good and courteous communication at all times. Quote was clear and straightforward to understand as to the scope of works to be carried out. Work carried out as requested within a week from the date of the quote. FP Roofing was punctual, worked hard and tidied up before leaving.

  Freddie replied to a quote request and arrived the next day to complete a survey of the job. He booked me in the next weekend to conduct the work. He arrived promptly with all the tools and parts required for the job. He worked hard to get the work completed in a good time and to a high standard, keeping me informed throughout the work. All mess was tidied and taken away once the job was complete. Would highly recommend, and if any further work is to be conducted, I would not hesitate to contact Freddie. He was very polite and professional in all aspects.

• Repair of leak in garage roof

  From start to finish Freddie was very pleasant, punctual, very courteous and professional. He examined the roof, took photos of the problem and gave me a full explanation of why he was proposing the work he said was needed to fix the leak. He returned a few days later, at the time he said, carried out the work he had proposed and left the area very clean and tidy. Nice chap, I would use him again and would recommend him.
