Nick is a very knoweldgeable and pragmatic person. I needed my fire door safety issues sorted, and he had done many of the other flats in the building next to me with the same issues (same property developer). My flat door has very thin frames, so he explained the remedial fix would be more than the other flats. In my case, he had to remove the door and extend the door frames to fill the large gaps, and install a seal on the bottom. He repainted everything with multiple coats nicely and made sure to clean up afterwards so you couldn't even tell he was there - other than the new paint smell.

We contacted Nick to fix our front door in our flat block which had very specific requirements as a fire door. He was very responsive to book a time/date and was very efficient with the work! He did a super job, left no mess, repaired our door to a high and compliant standard, gave us a certified report and was a really nice, genuine guy. I would highly recommend him to anyone who need a carpenter!

Professional service and good communication

Cannot recommend Nick’s services enough. He was so informative and actually advised me I didn’t need to spent extra money. He cleaned up after his work and the quality of the work is great. Not to mention, he tightened up my lock that was loose. Very happy, I shall definitely be using FRA in the future.

The service provided was professional, well communicated and without delay. It was stressful to discover that the main builders of the development had left a door unsafe under fire regulations, but to have things readjusted and appointed by Nick who was professional, welcoming and friendly was great. FRA-Carpentry (especially Nick) was amazing. Super friendly, explained the works he was going to carry out and ensured I wasn’t going to pay too much for the remedial works required based on feedback from my development. Nick/ the company is professional, left my place spotless and ensured I was comfortable with the works completed and understood everything that was done. Highly recommend as honestly before I found FRA carpentry I was stressed, then they came in and took all the stress away.
