10 Honest, fair and great customer service

Job location: NW9Didn't get the work done, but that's because Frame & Glaze did a free inspection/survey before quote and advised me that the work was too complex (too complicated to go into here) and the costs would be excessive and not worth it. I spoke to Hass who was fantastic at explaining the technicalities of the situation, answered all my questions and was honest about what could be done. He didn't want to pretend they could do the job and then let me down! Great communication from the point I posted the job. And really quick turnaround. Impressive that they checked the job for free first too.Response from Frame & Glaze Ltd
