Renovate kitchen after flooding, install new boiler and upgrade electrics.
There was a slow leak for many years that we did not realise until the kitchen was flooded. The team at Francor took down ceiling, floorboards, stripped kitchen and reconfigured to add more units. They installed a new boiler and upgraded our fuse board in 1 week as they understood we had a young baby in the house. Rubbish Clearance
Brilliant service from Fiona who manages and runs the company. Emanuel came and quoted for the job via email. Once agreed the guys turned up and managed the clearance of the rubbish real well. Il finish excavation and isolate a basement. Create staircase. Reinstate chimney , and decorate.

Painting and decorating whole flat, laying wood flooring, fitting new door locks.
