Fran the Man!!
Fran is a very hard working individual who did a great job for my friend when asked to clear his overgrown garden. Genuinely cared about the job and we had great communication so as to identify what was needed. Will hope to get Fran back on a regular basis. Overgrown garden tidy up, excellent result
Fran was booked to tidy up my Mums back garden in Lindfield which had overgrown over the last 6 months. He turned up on time as promised, worked very hard and produced a great result which my Mum was more than happy with. The garden waste was taken away and the price he quoted was the price he charged. Fran is very professional and friendly, my Mum would certainly recommend him.Verified reviewerJob location: RH1610 Painter / Decorator

A skilled professional painter and decorating
I feel extremely lucky to have found Fran on Checkatrade. He has made a superb professional job painting and decorating my flat in Haywards Heath all at a very reasonable cost. Huge thanks to Fran and I would have no hesitation recommending him.Job location: RH16RDigby M

Overview of jobs I can cover:
- Painting & decorating
- Gardening
- Minor home repairs/maintenance
- Moving jobs
I am communicative, ensuring a smooth booking process and always work closely with my clients to get their full input before we begin, and during every step of the project too. I am detail-orientated, punctual, efficient and hard working. It is really important to me that my clients are satisfied and ideally delighted with my work. I am a sole trader, so unlike larger companies I will be working on every job, and I enjoy building a good relationship with every client.
I speak Spanish and English and have a Ford Transit Custom van with my own tools.
Please give me a call or drop me a message and I will be very happy to have a chat with you to see how I can support you with your upcoming projects.
I hope to hear from you soon!
Fran
