Fitting roof vents to solve major condensation problems
We had a couple of quotes complete with all sorts of wild prices and other shenanigans and then got a recommendation to call Frankie. He popped round after the first call. Took a look at the issue, gave us a really reasonable quote and came back a couple of days later and did the job in a few hours with no problems. We were really impressed with Frankie and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a quality roofer.

To fit boiler flue on the roof.
Frankie did a very professional job, friendly and with all warranties if something could be wrong which didn't happen, because he did it well. Will call him again.

Replacing missing and damaged tiles.
Frankie responded to our initial contact on the same day. He scheduled a site visite the following day. Once the scaffold was in-place, the work was carried out quickly and to a great standard. He did a great job and we would highly recommend him.
