Danny & Paul were very professional, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend them for any gas and central heating work. It was easy to contact them and set a date for the works. I got a quote from them with no hidden fees. They explained what they were doing and used reliable products to carry out their works. Danny and Paul replaced my faulty smart thermostat for a much more efficent and user friendly device. They communicate everything very clearly and work in line with safety regulations. Franklin’s have serviced my boiler for years and have in the past also replaced radiators and added thermostats. Thursday evening at 5:30 we noticed our boiler was dripping water. Franklins talked us through switching the boiler off and were here at 10am the following morning. Repairs and a service all within 22 hours of my first call. Polite, friendly and they arrive when they say they will and do a comprehensive job.

As usual the Franklins were completely reliable and thorough. They are dependable and reputable.

Great service supplied. Came at short notice and explained what the issues could be and worked through to a fix. Completed the work with a great attention to detail and made sure the area was spotless on completion and stayed to makes all radiators were working. Will continue to let these guys work on my central heating system in the future to replace old radiators and flush existing system. Great work, thank you.
