All i can say about Adrian is impeccable standards works neatly with no complaints even when things have changed slightly cant recommend him enough this is now the third job we have Adrian for flooring and tiling of 2 bathrooms and fitting flooring downstairs with screeding and we will be having him again for future jobs and the kids will when they move into their own properties thank you for making our ensuite so beautiful

Adrian laid a new laminate floor for me. He was super efficient and did a fantastic job. It’s a big room and looks amazing. He gave me very clear instructions about what I needed to buy, and left everything really tidy afterwards. Highly recommended- will definitely be using Fran Flooring again.

I just had my Kitchen and Hall floor replaced with LVT in a herringbone pattern; Once Adrian began installing, I caught the first glimpse, I was genuinely impressed. His meticulous approach and attention to detail were evident from the start, and it was clear he takes great pride in his work.
