Highly recommended - great, professional service from all the team
Every member of the FreeAir team was helpful and proactive in helping with the recent inspection and servicing of our MVHR system. Everyone was extremely helpful in navigating and resolving a complex set of queries, delivered with professionalism throughout. In particular, James (the Operations Director) was always on-hand to provide timely advice and support, which was greatly appreciated. Service and products are great, highly recommend.
Really great service from the start have been using Freeair for several years. Recently they supply air conditioning to bedroom. Would highly recommend not many companies provide 10 year warranties on equipment.Job location: SO301 Air Conditioning Servicing

Would avoid for servicing
Free air installed my system and initially were very helpful, however in the years since they have serviced it and every year their first attempt nearly always leaves me contacting the office for a revisit. This year they decided to offer me dates for servicing and then just not reply to the emails. I suspect they got bored of replacing parts they had broken at their cost! Everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Installation was completed within the predicted timeframe, and the work areas were left clean and tidy. Excellent service. Quick timeslot, turned up on time as agreed, very pleasant guy, checked over unit and serviced it to restore it's cold air volume. Southampton rates, but you will need to pay mileage which is fair enough if you're not local to Southampton. Still cheaper than anyone local to me in Reading by far.
