Clear communication
Clearly set out options of costs and services, and timelines. Clear and frequent communication. Convenient video call to go through what we wanted with Francesca, our architect. Couple of options given to us to choose from as requested. Took care of planning application, now starting to help us get quotes.

Garden Room Project
We went to Freedom Homes for help when our garden room project needed planning permission. They were very helpful from the start, before we even signed them. They clearly explained the process to us and following our agreement were quick to deliver the architectural drawings and submit our application. We were very impressed with the timeliness of the communication and the efficiency of the entire process. Thanks very much for getting us over the line. Especially to Cameron, Nicholas, and Rebecca!

Rear Extension design plans
The team at Freedom Homes was fantastic and helpful all the way through. Starting from Philip who made the initial contact and had done his homework prior to our initial discussion setting us at ease. Lewis and Joshua who did the planning and the support of Rebecca and Cameron, all were professional to deal with and friendly. The plans were approved by the council in the first submission. Would recommend their services.

Conservatory converted to utility room.
I would highly recommend Freedom Homes. I wasn’t very knowledgeable of the extension I was having done. They spoke with me many time in depth about everything and have helped me keep the cost down and fully understand everything.
