Stopping flooding into the house caused by blocked drain
Late on the Friday before Christmas, Chris turned up and worked really hard to unblock a drain. He worked hard and successfully stemmed the flooding, but because a complete solution was not possible (it needed major contract work) he refused - three times - any payment at all.
