I'd recently taken ownership of a second office location, which (annoyingly) was in a bit of a state thanks to the last occupant. A client kindly passed on FreeKin Property Services' details, (after having to listen to me rant about the current state of the new premises). They were a pleasure to deal with, I spoke to a Katy, she was polite and professional; I explained my predicament and she/they essentially took it from there (which I liked), they liaised with the office complex concierge regarding access/egress, time of arrival and proposed departure. Cleaning done to a high standard

For a local company I am very impressed by how professional they are, not to mention what a high standard they work to. I love their different approach to the usual cleaning company. Rather than the standard monthly rate a lot of cleaners work by, I could choose specifically what I wanted them to do during their clean in my home. Their cleaning is to a very high standard and they’re always incredibly friendly! I have to say that their handyman service is also a godsend as I’m terrible at DIY and gardening!

FreeKin, reacted to a short notice request, in both a positive and reassuring manner (all the more impressive as this was over a weekend) Work completed to a high standard with plenty of before and after pictures provided and the necessary updates provided. Honesty of the contractor was evident in the fact they had finished the alloted works early but took it upon themselves to do a few extra jobs they knew we needed doing at no extra cost!
